Gietart Sprint 2.6 shotblasting machine
Gietart Sprint 2.6 continuous shotblasting machine is suitable for blasting sheet metal and profiles with a maximum loading width of 2550mm and a maximum through hole of 650mm.
The roller conveyor blasting system is equipped with 6 powerful C380 blasting turbines each with a power of 11kW.
The high power of the turbine guarantees the jet quality Sa2.5. The through-hole speed is adjustable from 0.6 - 10 m/min.
The total connected power of the continuous cleaning system is about 100 kW
Small parts can be processed using the blasting basket. Thanks to the high efficiency of the turbine, the pass-through blasting machine is ideal for use in the steel industry and steel trade.
The machine has a transport system with inlet and outlet roller conveyors (12 meters inlet and 12 meters outlet).
