It features a custom-built S&G roll crusher, which is adjustable to accommodate glass and brittle plastic vials ranging from ampoules to 100ml bottles, including those with plastic or metal caps. After the containers are shattered, the fragments and contents are directed onto a vibrating conveyor for automatic separation and collection. The fully enclosed stainless steel conveyor efficiently discharges vial fragments from one end while allowing liquid to exit from the other. The Vyleater stands out for its simplicity and economy, providing unmatched speed and ease in separating bottles from their contents.
