ILPRA automatic thermosealing machine of the FOODPACK series, model 500 v/g, is sold out. It is an Italian made thermosealing machine, with rotary table in 2 positions. The machine can perform 4 different packaging functions: sealing only, vacuum/sealing, vacuum/sealing/modified atmosphere (MAP). It is suitable for the use of a wide range of packaging materials (PP, PS, APET, CPET, cardboard, etc.) using compatible film. Foodpack 500 has been designed to offer a compact solution (it occupies little less than 2 m/2 ) and allows, thanks to a high technological content, to satisfy high production needs (up to 1440 pieces/hour) depending on the type of mold from 1 to 4 containers per cycle. The sturdiness and versatility of this model, together with an excellent quality/price ratio, have made the Foodpack 500 V/G one of the most successful machines. Built with first class components, with exclusive noble materials (stainless steel and anodized aluminum) and manual movement of the rotary table, this model guarantees a precise, reliable and long-lasting working cycle. Dimensions of the container in the current special sealing die for ½ GN: outside 310mm long x 165mm wide. If the mold of the tray is not to your liking, we can make a new one to your size.
