We are a flagship company of I.S. Chawla Group of Companies established in 1950 at Mumbai to cater
the Indian Manufacturing Industry with precision and quality industrial machinery at reasonable value.
SEW has set up its own manufacturing unit at Rajkot in 1989, a workshop machinery hub in India. We
have manufacturing facilities in more than 50000+ square meter at Shapar (Veraval) & Bhunava Industrial
Area near to Rajkot.

and longstanding experience. Therefore, our highly competent and experienced staff in the design
development, manufacturing, assembly, marketing, sales, service and administrative divisions are

mission of our deeply committed cross-national project teams is to secure our leading position in the

We stands for competent, commercially driven solutions in forming technology. For innovations that

motivated skilled labour and 50 strong professionally qualified staff in Design / Production / Planning /
QC / Fabrication / Assembly.

Infrastructure
We have full-fledged state of the art in house manufacturing facilities of and are equipped with the
highly accurate machinery, which ensures reliability / interchangeability and availability of components
even after long period. Our Setup is equipped with mother machineries like CNC Base Flame Plate Cutting
Machine, Hydraulic Plate Straightening Machine, Shot Blasting Machine, Stress Relieving Vibrators, and
very well equipped Fabrication Shop / Machine Shop, we have of renowned brand precision CNC / HBM’s
Machines e.g. SNK / SKODA / DOOSAN / PAMA / ASQUITH / WOTAN / WMW with facilities of single job
operation up to 5 Meter also with VMCs’, CNC Turning Centers’, CNC VTL’s TOS, SCHEISS, DORIES,
DISHAM, STANKO, CNC KAFO Milling, NILE Gear Grinding Machine & HOFLER Gear Teeth Profile Testing
Machine. For continued endeavor to upgrade our products, we are regularly updating our in-house
machining facilities.
Quality Assurance
Our Team strives to achieve superb quality and product reliability of all products. Our Quality System
emphasizes and maintain stringent quality checks at every stage of the manufacturing process.
We strictly adopt our Quality measures from the beginning i.e. from purchase of raw materials to
dispatch of machine and make sure there are no compromise with the Quality at any level. We use liquid
Nitrogen / Induction Heater i.e. ‘No Hammer on Bearing Assembly’ Policy and make sure precision in
machine manufacturing. We strictly maintain our quality control with the use of periodically calibrated
precision instruments.
Our Presses are passed through series of Pre-Dispatch Inspection checks at various stages of final
assembly before leaving the plant.
