Used Fitzpatrick Model 7LX10D chilsonator/roll compactor. Approximately 10″ diameter X 7″ face Sinewave grooved style hastelloy C276 clad rolls. Approximately 450 kg to 900 kg per hour. Driven by a 10 HP, 3 phase, 60 cycle, 208-230/460 volt, 1760 rpm motor with Falk gearbox, ratio 104.98:1, output 8.2 rpm. (1) hastelloy C276 upper feed hopper with conditioner bar driven by a 1.5 HP gear motor, 30:1 ratio, into (2) hastelloy approximately 3″ diameter horizontal twin screw feeder, driven by a 2 HP gear motor with a ratio of 20:1. (2) 3″ diameter hastelloy vertical screw feeder, driven by a 10 HP 3 phase, 60 cycle, 460 volt, 1760 rpm motor. Mounted on a carbon steel frame.
