100 Hp Granutec Tfg2048-100 Granulator 3 Knife Open Rotor

Listing description

Used Granutec Model TFG2048-100 granulator having a 20″ x 48″ throat opening with tangential cutting chamber. (3) knife open rotor is belt driven by a 100 hp 460 volt 1185 rpm motor. (2) bed knives. Insulated tray feed hopper with a 21″ x 48″ opening. Granulator and controls are mounted on a base plate with fork lift rails. Set up for a 6″ O.D. right hand airveyor discharge. Discharge is via a Sterling Model 6005FV blower with a 5 hp motor and steel reinforced impeller. Blower discharges into a Kongskilde Model RC20 cyclone with (4) bag filter head and material bin. Material bin with Gaylord height discharge measures 48″ x 48″ x 127″ tall. Bin has a 53″ straight side with a 24″ 45-degree slope.
