Listing description

Used glass bottle filling line first installed in 2012. Line can fill fruit juices and nectars at 85 degrees Celsius and at capacity of 10,000 bottles / hour for 250ml glass bottles or 2500 bottles / hour for 1 litre glass bottles. Bottle labels are sleeve type. Main components are as follows:
– Bottling Room: semi automatic depalletiser, 2m preheating tunnel, automatic threeblock hot fill filler, linear twist off capper with capacity 12,000 bottles / hour, high speed magnetic caps feeder, 15m2 cooling tunnel, bottles drying tunnel, automatic labeller, wrap around packaging machine, conveyors, switchboard, control system, manual palletisation.
– Process Section: Semi automatic juice preparation system, flash pasteuriser 2500 litres/hour, semi-automatic CIP unit.
