Listing description

This is a used 1,150 gallon stainless steel, jacketed mixing tank with a cone bottom. The tank is 70 inch in diameter with a 72 inch straight side, and the overall height is 10 feet excluding the agitator. This is a closed top tank with a top manway. The Sharpe agitator is heavy duty with a 5HP drive, and the output RPM is 40. It has a 2 inch stainless steel shaft with two, 4 blade x 40 inch diameter agitator blades. The tank and agitator were engineered for a 40 brix puree with a viscosity of 15,000 cPS. The bottom outlet is 2 1/2 inch tri-clamp with various sized top ports. The tank is supported by 4 stainless steel gusseted legs.
