The new YB series, the NN-32YB2 XB model, CNC automatic lathe features the XB unit mounted, holding tools of up to 33 (38 tools as optional) with B-axis tilting angles of 90deg, newly equipped with a sub side tool post that installs 6 OD tools and 5 live tools, as well as expaneded stroke ranges and power output inceased by employing a servomotor.
High efficiency production and complicated machining can be possible by the optimum alignment of No.1 (main/15-tool) and No.2 (back/7-tool) tool posts made up of special casting iron. Sliding surface is crafted by scraping task to provide longer-lasting and high rigid performance.
The CNC automatic lathe (NN-32YB2 model) has a 3.7/5.5kW motor driving the main spindle at a top speed of 8,000rpm.
