93" (2.36M) Magnat Two Drum Slitter Rewinder

Listing description

One (1) used 93" ( 2.36m) Magnat two drum slitter rewinder,
12" dia. x 93" face width bed rolls, (10) EMT Cougar shear
cut slitters, has a 53" maximum rewind diameter and uses a
3" air shaft with various core chucks for different core sizes.
Main motor is 25HP. Hydraulic roll lowering table.
Single belt driven unwind stand with a 84" maximum diameter,
using load cells to adjust tension, with a pneumatic brake if
needed, 3" air shaft with various core chucks, 15HP, (2) ton
hoist to load rolls onto unwind, Minimum Slit Width 2.5"

Between the rewind and unwind there ia a Paper Converting
Machine Co. 55" flexo print deck, 15HP , was used for single color
printing as well as laminations and lotion applications.

Has run various substrates 7.5# tissue to light board stock.
