Description:

Casting, mixing, dosing and degassing machine for the production of solid surface, engineered stone, polymer concrete and artificial marble produckts. E. G. Sheets, kitchen sinks, table tops, bath tubs, facades, window sills, sculptures, pipes.
The machine was used to manufacture polymeric acrylic and polyester wash basins, sinks, sheets and other closed moulded products.
The machine is fully automated. Liquid polymer and filler are mixed by an extruder under vacuum.
The machine was used for R&D in the first two years, with a further two years of minimal production and has been sitting idle ever since. So the machine is in great condition.
