ADS G2 Blow Molding Machine in great condition. Prior to current owner, all equipment was used at one of Largest American Plastics Manufacturers Facility. Extremely well maintained with all maintenance records documented. This line is a perfect for any blow molder looking to produce larger sized narrow-neck bottles at a high-capacity, with low tooling/mold costs. This machine can produce many different large styles of containers, with high-quality continuous production, and previously operated 2 shifts daily producing over 50,000 containers a day. The unit is operated from the Electrical Panel Touch screen and is very simple to operate. This package will also include: Custom Preform Un-scrambler, Preform Hopper & Elevator, Hydraulic Preform Box Dumper, End of line Conveyor Belt, Electrical Panel, and 80 KVA Transformer.
