Complete powder container filling line previously used for nutrition and diet supplement products.

Features:
- in-feed rotary table
- powder elevator
- powder auger style filler (serial number A0214/07) designed for large nutrition powder style containers
- pick and place capper with elevator
- Leister heat tunnel to heat/seal pilfer proof plastic collar around the cap/heat crimping sleeves, which are manually put around the cap by an operator
- inter-connecting conveyors
- 3 sets of format parts for the following formats a) 4000ml with 120mm diameter lid, b) 2000ml with 110mm diameter lid, c) 1000ml with 110mm diameter lid

The output for the biggest container of 4000ml was at around 5 per minute (300 per hour).

The line is now disconnected and split into sections and is being kept in the same production room as it was during the manufacturing process.

Approximate line size: 17 metres x 3 metres x 3 metres high, approximate weight 3500kg.
