This will be a full factory overhaul.Stainless steel construction rotary 12 head capper originally designed for 28mm an 38mm PCO closures. Left to right configuration. Rebuild price includes rebuilt spindles and headsets, new Lexan style guarding panels, rewiring of the machine, replacement of missing safety switches, general machine overhaul and new drive gearbox.Electrical controls are housed in a stainless steel electrical enclosure with Allen-Bradley SLC 5/04 processor. One set of custom bottle handling parts including infeed screw, infeed star & guide, center star & outer guide, discharge star & outer guide is available for an additional $5,500.00. (13) new capping chucks (12 + 1 spare) are available for an additional $5,590.00. Lead time for the parts and overhaul is 8 weeks.
