Listing description

Automatic 3D wire bender, built in Poland in 2022, is designed for automatic bending of wire with a maximum diameter of 8 mm. The wire bender is characterized by a solid frame made of thick-walled steel profiles, as well as precise bending and high reliability.

The 3D stirrup bender has a wire feeding module consisting of a cut wire magazine and a selector mechanism as well as a bending head with a trolley and grippers. The processed wires are selected from the warehouse with a capacity of 150 kg, and then fed and pushed to the bending head, which performs all programmed bends. After processing, the detail falls into the receiving basket or on the supporting table.

The machine for automatic wire bending is controlled by an operator panel with an installed PLC controller, which controls the efficiency and reliability of the device. The total weight of the machine is 2,200 kg.
