Machinery consists of two main units:
• Vibrational slat feeders, feeding slats form 18 slat cartridges into the robotic Lock assembly cage.
Each cartridge serves for unique slat profile, combination of slats gives unique lock configuration
• Assembly of lock slats and springs into the cage by robotized process. Lubrication of a cage.
