Listing description

Automatic labeling machine for small round bottles and bottle bulbs. The existing labeling head will be replaced by an "Avery" head model alx 720, year 2008. The existing power cabinet will be replaced by a small cabinet with a brand new automaton and omron desk.

Belt conveyor in pvc width 410 mm - length 1050 mm for feeding vials / ampoules
Turret alveoli 44 alveoli for the transfer of vials / ampoules to labeling station and wrapping of the label on vials / ampoules
Post of deposit of the labels
Wrapping of labels around vials / ampoules by a motorized wheel
Detection "No" advancement of labels by photo-cell
Detection flasks / ampoules by photocell
Reception and exit station for vials / ampoules on stainless steel plate. Length 600 mm - width 260 mm (possibility to replace this plate by a conveyor, to consult us)
