BD LSRFortessa (Blue laser/Red laser/Violet laser/Yellow-green laser configuration provides a solid-state Coherent Sapphire 488nm blue laser (20mw), a solid-state 640nm Red laser (40mw), a Solid-state 405nm violet laser (100mw) and a solid-state 561nm yellow-green laser (25mw) with the ability to detect 2-colors from the blue laser, 2 colors from the red laser, 2 colors from the violet laser and 2 colors from the yellow-green laser.
