Beetz Type KK-500 Kneader

Used twin-shaft kneader BEETZ type KK-500, approx. 500 kg useful volume.

The machine is equipped with two horizontal mixing shafts. Mounted on the mixing shafts are segmental blades which enable an optimal product mixing. The trough is jacketed and can be either heated or cooled with water. The product is discharged through a bottom outlet. The mass and water temperature can be read off a display. The machine is equipped with a motor-driven discharge worm, it is thoroughly overhauled and provided with a new coat of paint. The trough is isolated and stainless-steel cladded. Execution: mild steel ST 37.
Useful capacity: approx. 500 kg chocolate mass.
