BERENTS ”Becomix 125” high quality mixing and homogenising vessel constructed to GMP spec in 316L grade stainless steel, the machine is suitable for semi viscous gel, creams, ointment and liquid product applications. Working capacity of the Becomix 125 is 125 litres. The vessel has an ”Anchor” style full profile scraped surface main mixer element (variable speed) and also has a dual power/speed homogeniser located in the vessel base. The homogenised product is recirculated to the top of the vessel achieving a multi pass homogenised product feature. The Becomix 250 can be operated at full vacuum or up to 2 bar pressure. The jacket can be utilised for product heating or cooling. Other vessel features include an intensive spray ball cleaning system and hydraulic power raise and lower system for the vessel top cover and mixer gear.
