Used modular biodiesel plant made by Mecan Ecosystem in 2007. Capacity 600 litres/hour of mixed animal fats. Output capacity 4500 tons/year assuming 8000 hours of production.
– Plant is made up of 3 modules for processing methylester with major equipment consisting of heat exchangers, pumps, heaters, reactors, tanks, heating bands, static mixers, separators, filters, valves, pipes and controls.
– Uses catalyst KOH Methanol / Kaliummenthanolat.
– Installed capacity 70.7 kW, total operation power 48 kW, compressed air capacity 250l/min 6 bar.
