When it comes to recording, the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K gives you 3 kinds of media to choose from. Images can be recorded on to standard SD cards, faster UHS-II cards or CFast 2.0 cards. High definition video can be recorded using regular inexpensive SD cards. Higher performance UHS-II cards can be used for recording Ultra HD in ProRes at up to 60 frames per second and RAW at up to 30 frames per second. The heads up display, or HUD, contains critical information such as the frame rate, iris, timecode, shutter angle, white balance, ISO, audio levels and more. You can show or hide the heads up display by simply swiping up or down. For example, you can adjust settings such as white balance simply by touching the WB indicator, or change the audio levels by touching the audio meters. Everything is interactive, so if you tap any item you can instantaneously change its settings without having to search through confusing menus.
The BMD Pocket 4K Camera recommended compatibility CFast and SD Cards for RAW and ProRes CFast 2.0, SD UHS-II and Ext USB-C Drive and DS UHS-II Frame Rate.
