Bosch ERS 2010 labeling machine for ampoules, vials, etc. for containers from 8 to 30mm diameter and height up to 140 mm. Label length from 20 to 85mm, label height from 15 to 65mm. 24 station star wheel, includes format parts for ampoules or vials of 1 +2 ml. (Ø 10,75 mm), 4 ml. (Ø 15,25 mm), 8 ml. (Ø 18,25 mm), 14 ml. (Ø 21,50 mm) and 10ml vials (Ø 24,00 mm). Fitted with Allen hot foil coder. Control units for: no container/no label detection, minimum back-up on infeed, maximum back-up control on discharge stops label application but machine continues to run, counter for labelled containers on discharge, batch counter, containers per minute indicator, ampoule neck ring colour camera control, bar code control sensor, print control camera, label presence detector, rejection with cross-check control, label carrier run-out control with machine stop. Output from 75 to 450 containers per minute.
