MAIN FEATURES:
AMPOULE WASHER RUR H06
Washer machine designed to handle vials, small bottles and other cylindrical receptacles, as well as ampoules and cartridges. Built according to GMP regulations, and to satisfy the most elevated needs and quality standards of the pharmaceutical industry. Continuous motion machine. All contact parts (contact with washing liquids) are in stainless steel. Easy and quick format change. Electronic control panel easy to handle. The machine processes stable and unstable containers. The containers are loaded from transit boxes onto the infeed conveyor belt. In the infeed sections the containers are first passed to a water bath, then to an ultrasonic vibratory plate arranged in the water bath, and after that to a feed screw. Before the the containers reach the water bath, flooding takes place i.e. the containers are filled with water. The ultrasonic plate irradiates the containers from below and this detaches any particles adhering on the inner walls. Internal and external cleaning takes place during the travel through the machine. For the internal cleaning spraying needles are activated and for the external cleaning the stations are permanently attached.

HOT AIR STERILIZING TUNNEL TLQ U42
For drying, sterilizing and recooling of previously cleaned pharmaceutical containers such as antibiotic vials, vials for small volume parenterals, bottles for infusion solutions, ampoules, and cartridges. Bosch TLQ drying and depyrogenation tunnels feature unidirectional flow, process temperature progression curves, and significantly reduced sterilization times. They give the repeatable accuracy necessary for successful validation, qualification, and reliable production capacity. Besides the advantage of a continuous process, sterilizing tunnels offer protection against re-contamination of the glass containers. This tunnel uses forced hot air at temperatures up to 600 F (350 C°). Laminar air flow for temperature stability and uniform heat distribution. The tunnel is divided into 3 zones: infeed, drying and sterilizing and cooling zone. The cooling zone incorporates the vials discharge and the drive for the through-going conveyor belt, which connects the different tunnel zones. The unit is built entirely in stainless steel. The tunnel operates with low noise levels and is characterised by easy access to itsinterior for cleaning and maintenance.

FILLING MACHINE CFV C04
Automatic filling machine for closed or open ampules and cartridges with automatic loading and unloading. The machine automatically loads the ampules and fills them with 6 syringes and seal them on a tray. Highly flexible and designed with constructive modularity these machines are very well known for their robustness and reliability.
