Used Brandt Model KDN-520/2 Optimat Automatic Edge Bander; equipped with a PC-16 Program Control with color matrix LCD screen display, 8 MB Ram and manual push button controls or program control operation; with a digital height indicator; integrated line-control system; universal automatic magazine for strip and coil feeding; with a large coil table (8100mm diameter) to accommodate large coils of 3mm PVC; Hot-Melt Granulate glue application system; reversible rotation of glue application roller (and retractable); with a double motor end trimming unit with straight and chamfer capability (chamfer up to 15 degrees), with program controlled indexing from straight to bevel; fine trimming unit with digital "Quickset" system, tilt range 0 to 15 degrees with program controlled indexing; second fine trimming unit with digital "Quickset" system, tilt range 0 to 15 degrees with program controlled indexing; with a top and bottom buffing unit; electronic frequency changer which incorporates electronic brakes on all trimming motors and electronic controls wired for AC 3/60/230 volt operation; with a sound and safety enclosure and having an edge band thickness capacity of 0.016" to 1/4"; edge and height capacity of 1/2" to 1-3/4"; with a feed motor delivering a feed rate of 36 F.P.M.; with the first pressure roller driven and one split roller idle and complete with manuals and all related equipment.
