High speed trayloader/packer previously used to load (2) 12 packs of beer bottles in cartons into a tray. Capable up to 36 tray depending on the tray size and pack pattern. Tray blank size range up to 54"L X 25"W X 3-1/8"H. Includes Allen-Bradley electricals including 5561 Control Logix processor and (4) Kinetix 6000 servo drives and (5) Powerflex VFDs and Panelview Plus 1000 HMI. Cases flow westbound and exit northbound from machine. Large capacity tray magazine. Operator station on left (west) side of the machine. Full guarding package. Includes Nordson 3700V hot melt glue unit. Includes approximately 15' of laned infeed conveyor.
