Equipped with: (17) Independent vertical boring spindles form an T-configuration with (8) spindles on the Y-axis & (9) spindles X-axis, 120 mm X-axis groving saw.

Inverter controlled variable spindle speed up to 4,000 RPM; (8) horizontal spindles provide horizontal boring capablities on all (4) edges of the panel, (4) on the X-axis & (2) are paralleled with the Y-axis (1 in each direction); head accommodates (1) operating unit.

Options included: (1) 12 HP Vertically mounted ISO electro-spindle router, inverter driven 1,000 - 18,000 RPM with max. torque from 12,000 - 18,000 RPM.

Equipped with: "Ride Along" Automatic rotary tool changer for "on-the-fly" tool changes with (10) tool positions; (2) independent working areas with locating stop pins on the front & rear - LH & RH sides for positioning of parts on the worktable; prepared for (optional) elevated pods that allow profile & horizontal machining.

Separate control console: "PC" personal computer interfacing with MS/Windows based technology, 15" color monitor, international keyboard.

Operating system for real-time multitask processing; programs can be transferred via diskette or downloaded by wire; built-in air conditioner for constant temperature & dust-free environment.

Includes: Dekker 40 HP 410 CFM vacuum pump, automatic "forced" lubrication system for guides & ball screw; emergency stop rope & pressure sensitive safety mats that will instantly place machine in "pause cycle" when stepped on.

Sound absorbing protective head enclosure with debris curtain around bottom edge. - Complies with CE specfications and surrounding safety cage.
