Listing description

This West-Bond 4500 Microprocessor Controlled Programmable Ultrasonic Wedge-Wedge Wire Bonder looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. We have already had it refurbished, so it is fully operational, and ready for shipment. It will include a B&L StereoZoom 4 Microscope and a West-Bond model 1600 Ultrasonic Generator. The pictures that I took of this system before we had it refurbished show it with a model 1400 Ultrasonic Generator, which is not actually compatible with a 4500. The pictures of the system shrink wrapped were take after we had the machine refurbished, and it is wrapped up with a model 1600 Ultrasonic Geneator. We can offer a 30-day parts warranty to the 48 contiguous US States only. If it is to be shipped overseas, it can be inspected here at our warehouse before shipment, but once it ships, it is as-is. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 24"L x 23"W x 15"H. We usually recommend having bonders crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
