DESCRIPTION:
Continuous rotary motion machine for washing, decontaminating and drying vials internally and externally, built with stainless steel, with parts in rubber approved for pharmaceutical use.

MAIN FEATURES:
Continuous rotary washing machine for bottles designed and manufactured in compliance with the highest quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry. The electrical cabinet contains the control system. During the decontamination process is executed a washing that can be done with a solution containing detergent. Before arriving at the point of discharge, the vials are counted. Processing areas are all protected by a stainless steel frame on which transparent panels are installed to allow internal inspection.
The machine washes approx 14500 vial batch in 3 hours (approx 80 vials/min) 5 vials on each wash bar, 12 wash bars. 60 vials per wash cycle. Complete with vial input turntable 900mm dia x 900mm high. Compressed air operation of washer lid.
