SPECIFICATIONS
 Manufacturer: CannSystems, Brewer, Maine
 Model: HDS-G 1000. Initially designed for 5 drying bins was extended to
accommodate 7 bins per batch
 Bin dimensions: 62 ¾” x 48” x 36” (LxWxH). Seven additional bins are provided
to minimize loss of time in loading/unloading the dryer
 Overall dimensions: L: 446”, W: 75” and H: 126”.
 Heating system: Propane indirect fired, direct spark ignition, heat capacity 2
burners of 400,000 BTU/hr each.
 Air circulation: 15 HP motor, 208 V 3-phase
 Process control: Siemens 1200 Series. A high resolution 7” touch screen HMI,
with VNC remote access capability, allowing remote control and monitoring of
temperature and humidity conditions. Electrical panel CSA approved.
 Product loading and unlading via doors at each end of chamber
 Requires 2 operators for ease of loading/unloading and little supervision during
drying
 Capacity 1-4 tons/day depending on density of input material.
