Technological line for washing, sorting and packaging carrots
capacity approx. 6-10 t / h and technological line for washing, sorting
and packing celery with a capacity of approx. 1 t / h

1. Raw material supply section together with a series of belt conveyors for removing dirt ( carrots are fed to the plant in cases or in bulk)
2. Section for washing, palletizing and transporting wooden crates
3.Process water treatment section together with the removal of impurities (soil, stocks, raw material fragments), process water filtration and treatment)
4. Waching section (A comprehensive washing is essential, as large quantities of mud and stones may be transported together with the product. Hence a sorting line allows elimination of foreign bodies )
5. Sorting section using an optical sorter with a series of belt conveyors for carrots transportation and 8 tanks for carrot storage (division tanks by classification carrots)
6. Carrot packing section
• carrot packaging line in plastic bags (product weight 1-3 kg): with a weighing machine, packaging machine and palletizer for cartons (producer Manufaktur, ABV)
• Weighing and packing line in raschel bags - product weight 5-25 kg (producer Manufaktur, ABV)
• a line for Weighing and packing carrots in foil bags or raschel bags (producer Manter)

• Packing line for plastic containers (trays) (product weight 1 kg): with packaging machine and palletizer for cartons producer Manufaktur, ABV and Waldyssa)
• Filling line for big bags or wooden crates (producer Tong Engineering Ltd.)
• pallet strapping machine (producer Maf Agrobotic)
• Gondola transporter (transport of empty cartons from the storing area to the parking section)

7. Celeriac washing, sorting and packaging line with washing station, a series of belt conveyors for celeriac transportation, 3 cleaning / peeling stations, brushing maschine and roller calibrator) – producer - (Noble s.a.)
