This line is ca. 40 mm long and 12 m wide.
This very modern line is paid exactly 6,5 mill USD (without installation), and was in operation only one and half year when
production here was stopped.

This Line consists of two non-dependent units, which may operated in tandem.
- One Two High Temper Mill, and
- One Stretch Tension Leveller.
For tension achievement four (4)
S-Rolls units are installed:
- One S-Roll unit before Temper Mill,
- One S-Roll unit after Temper Mill but before Tension Leveller,
- One Double S-Roll unit after Tension leveller.
The line is constructed for continuous Strip tempering and levelling. These two basic part of the line may be used together, or separately, depending of the material characteristic we want to achieve.

This line is intended for CRS and annealed CRS treatment but also for hot deep galvanized strip.:
-in thickness: 0,2 to 1,5 mm (3mm)
-width: 600-1.300 mm
-Material Yield Point: 200-500 N/mm sq.
-Material Tension Strength: 300 – 700 N/mm sq.
-Max. Line speed: 300 m/min
-Two High Temper Mill hydraulic pressure: max.: 1.0000 t
-Max tension on the Leveller: 150.000 N
-Strip elongation: on the Two High D-Mill: max 5 %
-Strip elongation on the Tension Leveller: max. 2%
The Line has installed equipment for perpendicular cutting and Strip edge slitting as far as electrostatic Strip oiling.

The line parts don’t need any repair. Only supervision inspection is recommended.
