Equipment:
1. PRODUCTION LINES FOR THERMAL PROCESSING
A) Pasteurization
In order to show the process of pasteurization we will inform you that all major production lines end with pasteur tunnel. Two tunnels are identical with capacity of 2000-2500 jars 720ml per hour or 1000 cans 4250ml per hour. The third pasteurizator is with capacity of 3200 jars 720ml per hour or 1600 cans 4250ml per hour. The conclusion will be: Capacity of the three pasteur tunnels is 3600 cans 4250ml per hour.
Experience shows that in one 24-hour day, machines are fully used 16 hours, or two shifts per day, while the trird shift cleans,controlls,lubricates and prepares the machines for the next work day. Therefore in one work day capacity is 57000 cans or 280000 kgr finished product. Taking into concideration the facts that the normal working of the factory is connected with the season for 7 agricultural products ,which takes 120-150 days we can say that the capacity of the production lines will be 33000-40000 Tons of finished product per year.

B) Sterilization - Sterilization of the products is done in three autoclaves under presure and high temperature. This is used for production of Djuvech (mixed vegetables). The daily parametar depends on the treatment of different products. and is aprox. 8000-10000 cans 4250ml Djuvech or 40-50 t finished product per day.

2. PRODUCTION LINE FOR TOMATO PROCESSING
A.The processing of tomato paste is done by the most sofisticated and modern machines of italian origin. The line is fully automatized, which provides minimum workers but maximum production quantity. 10-12 workers work on this line with the following capacity: Daily 500-700 t raw material (fresh tomatoes) for 100 t tomato paste 28-30%. It takes 45-50 days for normal work year for processing 5000 t tomato paste per year. After the tomato season is finished the line has the ability to process apple into apple paste which is used for production of juices, marmelades etc.
B.Peeled tomatoes an diced tomatoes in different packings such as : aseptic bags 200 kgr, aseptic bags 20 kgr, aseptic bags 10 kgr, can 4250 ml, can 1000 ml, can 500 ml. The capacity is 2000 t finished product per year.
C.The production of Ketchup is with capacity od 5000 t per year. This product is processed when the season is over and therefore it is necessarry to engage additional workers.

3. PRODUCTION LINE FOR MARMELADES
Marmelade is a product which is processed after season of agricultural products is over,as well as the Ketchup, and the capacity is 5000 tons per year.

4. PRODUCTION LINE: TETRA PACK
Fruit juices are processed in the factory in packing of 0.5 lit. For that purpose two Tetra pack machines are provided. For this machine season is irrelevant, so the process can be aplied during 365 days of the year, with total capacity od 12 mio units per year. The second machine for 0.5 lit pack is with capacity of 5 mio units per year.

General Information:
Sofisticated fully automatic equipment for fruit and vegetable processing, adequate for the up-to-date plant of dimensions, provides final production of cca 60.000 Tons
finished products and aprox.20.000 Tons fruit juices. During the three years of production the production is as follows:
The technological lines through the processes of pasteurization, sterilization, boiling, grlling, and concentrating produce food product from fruit and vegetables as well as juices, jams, marmelades, compotes etc.
