Complete Universal Stick Pack Line for powders and granulated products. Comprising Universal Pack Alfa G20C Stick Pack Machine (2009) - A 20 lane machine that forms and fills the stick packs using an auger system. Product dose: 3 - 7gm; Output: 50 - 60 strokes / min; Width of the stick pack: 26mm (fixed); Length: 90-110mm variable. (70-200); Weight control system controls the weight of each stick pack produced. In line with Universal Pack R80/V Counting & Stacking Group – to count the stick packs and stack them in order to feed them to the cartoner, followed by a Universal Pack Delta 120 Horizontal Cartoner (2009) for pre-glued cartons with Saturno Leaflet folder and feeder; Robatech gluing group; Weight control of the good cartons. In line with a HERMA H4008R Top Labeller - To apply a label on the top of each carton; equipped with; a Wolke thermal inkjet printer and sensors to detect the presence of the label and missing or incorrect code, with reject. UNIVERSAL PACK ALFA G20C STICK PACK MACHINE (2009) - A 20 lane stickpack machine that forms the stick packs using a laminated paper film with aluminium and polythene or polyester + aluminium + heat sealable polythene and subsequently fills them.
