Blow molding machines (cleaning machines) for empty bottles by inversion / inversion and blowing then putting the bottles back online.
At the inlet, 2 motorized side bands push the bottles inside a turning sleeve.
The accumulated product is returned inside the sleeve, passes over a blowing nozzle which removes impurities, and is returned to the place when it leaves the machine.
Simultaneous blowing and re-aspiration of impurities
One sleeve per size. Quick sleeve change.
Maximum rate: 12,000 vials / hour, adjustable via the frequency converter. The choice of format on the display determines the rate.
2 geared motors (inlet thrust wrappers)
Small footprint, technical simplicity, reduced maintenance, can be easily installed between 2 conveyors.
