Pressure units:
Pressure units to hold the work pieces on the feed belt are positioned in front and rear of each working unit; independent variable pressure control.

Feed system:
Feed table rigid; the top plate is built in anti-wear steel, surface fine grinded for high accuracy of the process.
Feed belt with surface in special rubber oil/heat resistant construction in a closed loop without joints with various layers of cloth.
Drive unit with motorvariator controlled by inverter for feed speed variation.
Vacuum plant - feed table and rubber belt with intakes, with high speed ventilator, power complete with muffler on exhaust is required to obtain a tighter hold on the feed belt of small or slippery work pieces.
Feed table extension on front and rear side of machine with covered idler rollers.

1st working unit:
C200 working unit with 200 mm cylinder and 15 H.P. VFD. Motorized height adjustment.
Complete with sanding belt tensioning unit, electronic oscillation, dust hoods, safety systems.
Eccentric mechanism for compensating the variation of thickness of the abrasive belt.
Contact cylinder covered with special rubber thats oil and heat resistant.
Pneumatic grit set for setting the working height in relation to the sanding belt thickness with support on a revolving turret at 6 pre-set positions.
Stand-by position with quick exclusion of cylinder in case of stop in emergency.
Motor with two speeds of rotation, with power IE2-01 motor.

2nd working unit:
XVS-130 vertical cross brushing unit. Main motor controlled by inverter. Height adjustment is motorized.

Electrical:
A cabinet on the front side of the machine includes the main switch, push button and control panel at same side of sanding belt insertion with a series of LED's for the automatic diagnostic of faults.

Equipped with:
Sand belt oscillation system with electrical photocell complete with safety micro switches to stop the machine in case of abrasive belt breakage / mistracking.
Rubber covered roller is positioned in front of the machine it's connected to an emergency switch. If activated it causes the machine to stop, it also meaures thickness and will stop if material is too thick to prevent damage
VT-11 digital thickness readout for 1 axis with decimal accuracy.
Programmable height adjustment
3 amp meters.
Digital readout for open height.
