Proper equipment, the customer needs to purchase a new compressor for continuous production for one line 600 L / min (or for both lines 1,000 L / min), air pressure 7 bar.

The lines are for packing various creamy products (marmalade, honey, butter, eurocream, cheese and other spreads and the like) for hotel and retail packages.

The first line is equipped with tools for 100 and 125 gr.

The second line is with tools for 20 and 50 gr.

Professional high capacity stainless steel machines that make the packaging itself for packing. Adequate packaging (containers of 20, 50, 100 and 125 gr) is drawn from the coiled PVC film (pulley). After filling the mass, the container is closed with aluminum foil (pulley, roll). Finally, the container is cut and cut.

It is easy to maintain because it has central joint lubrication as well as pistons.

Required: 14 kW installed, 7 bar air pressure, cooling water.
