The Foodmate boning machine is a unique machine capable of boning a wide range of turkey blanquettes.
FUNCTIONING PRINCIPLES :
Manual loading by an operator who places the blanquettes (anatomically cut) on stainless steel scoops.
A simple and reliable mechanical device ensures, by means of a cam, the vertical displacement of a stainless steel piston which pushes the bone. The latter passes through a diaphragm in synthetic material: thus the bone is evacuated on one side and the meat on the other side, without human intervention.
