ECI Qualifill QFDS-1800 Chemical Management System consisting of:

The QFDS-1800 is an in-line, automated analysis and dosing system originally manufactured by ECI Technology based upon the CVS (Cyclic Voltammametric Analysis) technique. A member of the Qualif-Fill® product line, the QFDS-1800 is designed to connect to a recirculating slip-stream of electrolyte bath from a plating tool or other pressurized source of chemistry.

The system is configured for analysis and dosing of Dow’s Intervia 8540 Electrolytic Cu plating bath.
