Eisai EIS 596 single frame automatic visual inspection machine for vials containing clear liquids. Output of up to 16,000 pieces per hour. Equipped with an inspection system for revealing particles inside the vials (SD Static Division Technology) and CCD camera and image processor system for tracking cosmetic faults on the container and its closure (vial bottom, neck shoulder, body, heel, crimp, flip top and prop, flip top). Tracking cameras are synchronized with the movements of the main machine’s turret. Last run on 5ml and 10ml vials. Comes with a separate control panel and vial infeed system with built-in rotary table. Electrical requirements 380 volts, 50-60 Hz. Air supply 196 kPa, air consumption 20l/min. Full set of manuals in English (instruction, maintenance manual and wiring diagrams). Some spare parts available.
