Front load water cooled melt chamber 48" dia x 40" long is on the second level of the personnel platform with a 50 lbs hydraulic tilt induction melting furnace powered by a pillar mk6 100 kw @ 10 khz power supply. The mold lock chamber is at ground level. Pumping system includes (2) stokes 412 mechanical pumps (300 cfm each) with boosters and varian diffusion pump.
