Listing description

Biomass drying and sterilising with steam with a rotating stainless steel chamber.
Chamber create the optimum conditions for sanitising waste, reducing the moisture content and producing usable biomass.

Cylinder type rotating chamber 16 m long with internal diameter 2700mm manufactured of grade 304L stainless steel.
Inside cylinder is equipped by Archimedean screw conveyor with 300 mm step which passes MSW through the chamber.
For heating chamber the outside cylinder is equipped by 30 mm thick pockets for thermal oil circulation through. The pockets (cells) are divided by radial ribs with 1000 mm step. For heat insulation of filled with thermal fuel pockets serve heat insulation material 100 mm thick rockwool (ISOVER (ISOTEC KVM -50 s=100mm) covered by 0.5mm stainless steel plates.
The cylinder from outside has two 150 mm thick bands by which is basing on rollers.
Cylinder rotation is to be performed by drive through chain transmission that for assembled of 8 pieces teeth sprocket is placed in the middle of cylinder.
Longitudinal displacement of rotating chamber is to be prevented by 4 fixing rollers mounted on chamber frame and guiding teeth sprocket.
Heating up chamber wall is to be performed by thermal fluid through rotating valve, piping system, control valves. Inside of chamber 3 pipes are placed along which steam is to be passed through rotating valve. The pipes have 3 mm in diameter openings distanced at 300 mm from each other for steam injection directly to being processed product.
