DESCRIPTION:
In addition to the kebab machine (EAB01, ELB01) and the KAP loader, the line is composed of a set: line preparation stations of different lengths depending on the number of operators loading the molds.

Each operator has one or more layers of ingredients. The last operator controls the filling of the mold and possibly its weight (possibility of having a weighing station at the end of the line).

The KAP machine allows the automatic loading of the holders before their disposal on a filled mold and with its cover.

The mold / cover / spike set is transferred using conveyors and an elevator at the loading station of the machine EAB01 / ELB01.

At the end of the cycle, the operator transfers the mold to the demolding station, stores the empty spade holder and the cover near the machine.

The skewers are demolded, the empty mold is placed on the conveyors ensuring their return to the preparation positions.
