150 gallon triple motion agitated jacketed mixing kettle. Vessel features 42" diameter x 34" deep, jacketed body with insulation and stainless steel shroud, pneumatically operated tilt out agitators on stainless steel bridge with two half hinge mounted covers, agitators include central mounted scraper agiator with fixed nylon finger scraper blades and 3 horsepower motor with gear reducer, two horsepower high speed mixer by sharpe at 1750 rpm, model fdp-200 (mixer shaft required), ross 10 horsepower homogenizing mixer with screened emulsifying head, motor is ul rated for hazardous locations under class i/group d and class ii/groups f & g, 2" center bottom discharge with tri clamp connections and 25" floor clearance, vessel is mounted on three ss legs from hip sockets with two additional support legs mounted from bridge hinge plate, all motors are dual voltage 230/460/3 phase, oad 102" high x 80" long x 50" wide. Vessel has no id tag but is most likely made by groen. Formerly used in cosmetic manufacturing with jacket operating at 40 psi steam pressure. Sold with jacket pressure tested and all drives tested.
