Filled welding wire production line

Listing description

Filled welding wire production line was manufactured in 2010 in Serbia.The line was developed and used for scientific purposes but it could be also used for welding wire production at capacity of 1000 t/year.
Input is steel plate 10 mm width (thickness 0.8-1 mm), after powder filling and calibration steps, output is rounded wire at 3,8 mm diameter. This wire can be used for all welding types.
The production line is in excellent shape, available for prompt start of production. Further rolling of wire from 3,8 mm to 1,2 mm must be done by another equipment
