IDD Process and Packaging Cold Brew pasteurization and can filling system including batch pasteurizer, flash pasteurizer, jacketed vessels, boiler, can filler and seamer, sleeve labeler, interconnecting conveyors, controls, etc. Pasteurizer system includes batch pasteurizer, flash pasteurizer, (2) stainless steel jacketed vessels mounted on stands, steam fed by McKenna 15 HP boiler, rated for 125 PSI, 636,000 BTU input, new in 2016. Cans are fed by forklift to top of conveyor and includes gravity fed discharge chute to twist can conveyor to belt conveyor. System includes Cask 10-head inline filler with single head can seamer, inline sleeve applicator with Videojet DataFlex 6530 printer and TriPack 2-zone shrink tunnel mounted over conveyor. Equipment is in excellent condition.
