Fisep F800

Listing description

Company sells the Fisep F800 shearing press with press power of 800 tons (manufactured in Italy, YOM 1979).
Shearing press can cut in three grooves. It may cut two100 mm blanks at the same time. There is an automatic feed of blanks. Shearing press is in good condition. Completed overhaul.
During the repair, the following restoration activities were carried out:
˗ Repair of brake clutch, replacement of friction discs.
˗ Replaced pneumatic control valves with new ones.
˗ Modernized control system using modern electronic components.
˗ Completed diagnostics of the bronze bushing, wear is not more than 75%.
˗ Inspected lubrication system, some lubricators were replaced with new ones, a new lubrication pump was installed.
