Flexoline flexographic 50" single color print station. Was inline with a CI printing press. Maximum web width 52". Maximum print width 50". Width of all rolls 52". 6.5" dia. rubber & ceramic coated anilox roll. 52" wide, 7" dia. impression cylinder chrome-plated. Bowed roll before print station. AC motor for constant rotating ink feature. 1/2 HP motor. Automatic plate cylinder pickup. When press is stopped, print cylinder automatically picks up & begins rotation. 10 HP Victor AC motor 480 volt, 3 phase, 50/60 cycle. This motor drives the print station. Control Techniques unidrive controller for the drive motor. After print station has 32" long dryer box. Machine does not include a print cylinder. Printing station had been inline with a CI printing press printing on papers. Repeat range 18-48". 1/4 pitch. Mechanical speed 1000 FPM. Mfg 1980's
