Flowpack ILAPAK Delta 4000 3SS with zipper - 2014

Flowpack packaging machine, model DELTA 4000 3SS.
Horizontal machine, with foil fed from the bottom, with a "long dwell" welding system.
The machine creates packs with 3 seals (3SS) and classic pillow packs. Possibility to apply a string for reopening and closing packages. Machine drive via servomotors.
Color 10-inch touch display, user-friendly interface. Up to 128 packing programs can be stored. Fully automatic adjustment of most packing parameters after changing the selected program. Possibility to synchronize the packaging machine with external devices (printer, labeller, etc.)
Service mode for machine fault diagnosis. Precise temperature control.
Function "no product - no package", function of detecting incorrect product position in front of the sealing jaws.
Two self-centering film rollers with automatic film change. The design allows the machine to be easily kept clean.
PACKAGING TYPES: 3 SS with a string and a standard pillow.
AUTOMATIC POWER SYSTEM
This system is based on 6 lanes, the speeds of which vary depending on the influx of the product. This allows the product to be introduced at appropriate distances into the packaging machine. Each belt is equipped with a separate motor and a set of photocells controlling the flow of products.
AUTOMATIC FILM CHANGE
The new foil is automatically attached to the end of the old foil, thus achieving continued operation of the machine. With this system, there are no machine stops for foil replacement.
Machine performance approx. 100 prod./min depending on the weldability of the film and the characteristics of the product.
