This belt dryer is a continuous dryer which can dry raw materials with good breath ability like platy type, strip type, pellet type etc; esp can be applied for dehydrated vegetable and fruit which with high moisture and raw materials temperature not allowed to be high, this system dryer is with fast drying speed, high strength evaporation, and perfect product quality etc. The capacity is 1 t/h of raw material, Moisture of raw materials:60-70%; Final moisture of raw materials: 10-12% (adjustable); Heating source: hot air furnace on natural gas; Final product temperature: 50-60 degree; Total power: 40,5 kW; Equipment size: 10mx2.4mx5.2m. This belt dryer choose to spread the raw materials into the conveyor and every channel have one or some moisture - dispelling system, when the conveyor pass from it, the hot air will go through the raw materials on the conveyor from top to bottom or reverse to uniform drying the raw materials. The dryer adopt belt flow heat cycle drying method, with good energy saving, and also can adjust the temperature and belt speed according to the ram materials’ moisture content and raw materials’ thermal requirement to keep the raw materials good flavor, color and quality.
